Our technology of fluidized bed roasting or as we call it "Vapor Roasting" represents a breakthrough in coffee roasting. Unlike "Hot Air Roasting" machines, which are akin to pop-corn machines and limited to boutique settings, our roaster is a true industrial solution. Certified Kosher and the only one of its kind in the United States, it achieves a production capacity of 220 lb. per hour while consuming 32% less energy than any other comparable (by lb. per hour) roaster on the market. Operating in a low oxygen, queazy vacuum chamber, it produces cleaner, healthier coffee with lower carcinogen formation.

The roasting technology is completely automated. Everyone is judging coffee according to the quality of green beans. However, even the excellent green beans lose their tasting properties and fill with combustion by-products during roasting, because the roasters are cleaned rarely. The conventional roasters accumulate burned waste on the walls of the roaster. Every new batch soaks the burning wastes of the previous batch. On the contrast, our new roasting technology allows us to clean the roaster after each roasting batch and receive cleanest coffee possible with excellent roasted beans.
