Return Policy

At Famco Coffee Roasters, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we offer a hassle-free return policy to make the process as easy as possible.

Return Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return any unsealed items.

Conditions for Returns: To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unsealed.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Coffee beans and grounds are non-returnable once opened, due to health and safety regulations.

Restocking Fees: A restocking fee of 10% may apply to returned items if the packaging is damaged or if the return is not due to a defect or error on our part.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact our Customer Service team at famcogroupinc@gmail.com to initiate the return process.
  2. Provide your order number, details of the product, and reason for return.
  3. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.

Who Pays for Return Shipping:

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is safely received.

Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase in up to 10 business days.
